Based on the little information to go on; I think they might not be getting enough light and partly because of that not having the soil dry up quick enough in between watering, causing root rot.
It seems to me that perhaps the problem with your plant is the position where there is little sun. Does it get any sun? How do you feed it? Do you use a fertilizer?
In my opinion your plant is fine, it just needs a little pampering ✨️
