You could keep it in water for a few more days – a week or so. It would probably survive just fine now if you kept the soil pretty moist at first to wean it off essentially, but you would have to prepare for some leaves to die off before new growth appeared
I would keep it in longer until the roots are at least an inch (or 2)
Wait till your roots have roots for best results when you transfer to soil that way you know it will effectively absorb water and have a head start on building a foothold
Wait another cm or more👩🌾
