Meine Annahme würde an dem heißen Sommer liegen, den wir haben, und dass es nur mehr Wasser braucht. Aber ich habe auch gelesen, dass es sein könnte, weil es zu viel Wasser bekommt?
How deep is the water in the white pot? 3 inches would be too much, less than half an inch would be too little, none would be a ridiculous answer.

Did you recently dig it up or has it grown from an acorn in that pot?

Repot as roots grow really quickly. Shade and moisture

The stem/trunk still looks green so you might be in with a chance, sapling trees usually start life off on the floor of a forest so are usually in shade for the early part of their life, so semi shaded area would be ideal for it at this stage, check how dry or wet the soil is, if it’s sitting in water then it’s waterlogged and needs to dry out, if it’s too dry then it needs water, if you are watering do it from the bottom of the pot, by this I mean put a saucer or outer pot under the one it’s currently in, a saucer is easier to maintain fill the saucer to the top and leave the tree take what it needs, if you do this with an outer pot no more than one inch, it will not do your tree any harm to let it dry out before the next watering, watering can change just because of the time of year and temperature, by using a saucer it’s easy to see when more is needed because it will be gone that way you avoid overwatering

I get random oak trees growing in the garden, they’re happier outside! I’d put it in a draining pot and leave it outside somewhere with partial shade. It might be too late for this one but they’re more outdoorsy than house plants.
