Going from nothing to 72m2 of flower bed is a big ask. I’d break that up and do it piece by piece.
Don’t underestimate cost either you could easily do £10k filing that with plants. Plus another grand on drip hoses. Plus maybe £500 on compost/woodchip etc (depending on supply options).
