I get burned easily by the sun too. Sunscreen, a big floppy hat that can shade your face and neck, sunglasses, and gardening in the early morning or early evening are your best friends when you burn easily. Plants also love to be watered early in the morning, so their roots will not boil in the strong afternoon sun.
I’d fry for that.

I imagined myself owning 10 acres and building a one mile lap, snaking/ semi four leaf clover type path through a garden like yours. Add benches, a swing and some lite exercises stations. Would be fun way to relieve stress daily.

My husband and I do my neighbor’s yard for her. She got these sleeves for me the other day because I was working out in the yard and my arms were beginning to sunburn. They protect from the sun, keep my arms cool and are supposed to protect from thorns. I can put my gardening gloves on with them when needed. I haven’t tried the thorn protection yet!
