It’s lovely well done. Looks like new turf to me. See if it’s looks this good next year
were you expecting it to go a different colour?
Usually the seams of turf rolls shouldn’t have any soil showing between them, in my experience. You sort of have a few cm overlap, and then turn them down and in, so there is the lawn equivalent of a fabric seam on a garment. If you have measured exactly and you don’t have any turf offcuts to put in the spaces where soil is showing, you can mix some compost and grass seed together and slightly overfill the joint.
It helps if you saturate the water everyday for a while to enable to roots to become deep but apart from that looks great
Don’t better than mine
Keep watering! It looks great
If you keep some peat handy, mix with a little sand dnd sprinkle in the gaps.
No, it’s not, stagger the joints like brickwork, avoid small patches around edges, relay them much tighter together otherwise they’ll shrink as they dry out, turf gets stretched during the lifting process so any gap that can be seen is 10 times too big.
Absolutely saturate it late every evening until you can no longer lift a corner of turf, don’t test the same one every time! Once tge roots are strong reduce the frequency of watering by half but not the amount of water used.
You might get away with not relaying it, but there’s an element of risk, make the decision asap, if it shows signs of stress it’s probably to late to relay it.
Just keep it watered but avoid standing on it till it s filled the gaps between the turfs.
