The best accessory is more plants
Jar/glass candles that I don’t light and a few books.
Nice variety of plants! My collection is spread throughout my house currently, so no plant stand as nice as yours. 🌿
Fairy lights woven through
If you add sparkle lights, personally I would add some on the stand and also above the window to balance it out.
You could look at bird deterrent devices! Some are hanging things that are very sparkly.

Wind chimes, sun catchers, crystals, mini sculptures, mushrooms, old necklaces and bracelets. Like literally anything that I find pretty. Lol
You can sculpt clay pots to put the plant pots in that have cool shapes, like animals. I just made some that look like a cat and a frog and a turtle

I like adjustable shelves 💚
I have little statues of the forest spirits (the kodama) from Princess Mononoke in some of my plants, along with cool rocks and other little statues.
I got air plants and have them hanging around shelving in little crocheted baskets. Also mosaic coasters and shells from the beach
Vintage brass animals are always a fun addition!

Garden statues, cute shaped pots (even if they don’t have plants in them…like my dear dead air plant’s Astronaut pot…he’s so cute. One day I’ll put a new plant in him.) Little trinkets that shine under the plant lights.
