Don’t know exactly what it is but it seems like a spineless prickly pear / opuntia.
I would cut off or snap off the three larger pads and let the ends dry for a two or so days. The main pad can just be stuck into dirt and it should root. Don’t water it for a while until it shows some new growth. The other three can be handled in the same way.

on another note – DO NOT HANDLE WITHOUT GLOVES. they have glochids (tiny tiny spines that burn like hell and may not come out for weeks)

Prickly pear. Pretty much just add soil
