Not sure what you mean, it looks like grass to me.
It’s just the dry bits from the 4 week summer we had a couple of weeks back. It’ll green up again.
Looks to me like it’s been cut with a dull mower blade. I’d check your blade to see if it needs sharpening up. A dull blade tends to tear at the grass and looks similar to this.
Just flower stalk die back, no concern.
Looks like it needs watering…? Can’t believe I’m saying this given the British weather 😂

Make sure your lawnmower blades are sharp and try not to let it get too long between cuts. Feed it a few times a year with season appropriate fertiliser and water regularly.
Your blade is dull and you cut during a dry spell so all the water leaked out and killed the tips. It’ll bounce back. Grass is nearly indestructible.
Dull blades on your mower, also looks like the lawn could do with been aerated but probably better leaving that till September
