Wir haben diese beiden erstaunlichen Kirschbäume im Garten, aber ich denke, sie wurden beschnitten und dürfen dann zu viel wachsen, sie überdenken auch die Straße hinter der Hecke. Ich würde mich freuen, wie viel ich abheben soll. Ich bin bereit, brutal zu sein, wenn dies erforderlich ist. Vielen Dank!

Not more than a third is a good general rule.
There is an anagram for tree pruning. You do this first, then you look at bringing the height down.

Crossing, you want to remove any crossing twigs/branches, you dont want them rubbing together it weakens them and creates possible wounds for infection.
Odd, any bits that are growing in a weird direction or look funky, sometimes branches get bent and end up growing weirdly.
Weak, weak branches or twigs that are thin or seem to be weaker than others.
The above is important to the trees health as well, then shorten the branches.
Also there are different times to prune different types of tree, luckily cherry is a spring or summer pruning, they dont like being pruned when dormant in the winter. Flowering are generally pruned after flowering, fruiting cherries are pruned after harvest.
