Diese Sukkulenten wurden in einem Blumenstrauß auf Stöcke geschoben, den ich gekauft habe. Erst nicht bemerkt, bis ich an der Kasse in der Schlange stand. Offensichtlich werde ich versuchen, es in so viele Pflanzen wie möglich zu verwandeln. Was ist der beste Weg, um das zu tun?

Lay each leaf flat on top of the soil.
I second the other commentor – lay on soil, and once they naturally root, lightly water the roots/mist. However, the next time if you notice something like this at checkout – definitely ask for a discount!
Just give them light and they will root if they’re healthy. You don’t need to water until the mother leaf is nearly dead. Watering too soon or often can make them rot and thry get water from the leaf so they dont need it while its still alive
