Was gibt?

I feel with oak that you should give them a year. I’ve often found bareroot saplings stay dormant after planting, but suddenly spring to life the following spring.
Give them a bit of time.
I’ve been growing some and one of mine has taken ages to grow some leaves compared to the other 3.
That is a bit late for them to have arrived still as naked sticks, however just keep watering them when they need it (might not need everyday, no leaves, no water loss by respiration, can probably just keep an eye on the soil).
You never know, as long as there’s still green they are still alive so!
They may have passed onto the great wood in the sky
