You should probably cull some of the fruits off of the limbs or it’ll get so heavy they’ll break. I’d prune it back so. Cut a bunch of the spring growth back in June. Then in December you can do a major prune following the three rules of disease, direction and design. Cut some of the height off so that you don’t have to climb as high to pick. Open the center of the tree up for air circulation. Cut any crossing branches. When you prune the outer branches cut them so that there’s a leaf/branch node in the direction you want it to grow…usually outward. It will form a branch directly below the cut.
