The lights look lovely! What a great place for an evening dinner party! Agree with others though – best to turn the lights off when you’re not out there to reduce the impact on insects
Holy acers batman
It does look pretty but these outdoor lights that stay on through the night are a real problem for both insects and birds, and really can upset their daily rhythms. It’s getting a real issue now that so many people are having them. Sorry to be a killjoy.

For those mentioning the lights, they’re solar-powered and are usually off by 1am. This picture was taken at 10pm last night.

For a new build garden you’ve captured the essence of a well established little haven. The mix of foliage colours, plant heights and lighting give it a really cosy vibe.
