Ich habe dies vor ein paar Wochen gepflanzt und es in den Stöcken gelassen, mit denen es kam. Einige der Blätter scheinen die Farbe zu verändern, ist das normal oder muss ich etwas tun? Keine Futter, nur Wasser. Danke.

I would give it a liquid feed. And keep up the generous watering as it needs the soil to be moist to establish.
New leaves do come through paler,but definitely second the feed/water comment. Enjoy your jasmine-they smell amazing!
I use Maxicrop organic seaweed extract seems to work a treat. Also use it (very dilute) for my houseplants
I’ve found trachelospermum actually prefers a bit of shade so if you’ve planted it in full sun especially with this hot end of April early may weather we’ve had it might just be that also give plenty of water and if it struggles in the next few months maybe consider relocating it to more sheltered spot.
