Put it on some good succulent soil (soil mix + perlite + pumice) and it’ll take it from there lol can’t tell if there are roots, but if so, cover those lightly with soil. I recommend misting (edit to add mist if the mother leaf or new growth starts to shrivel) until the roots have really taken hold. After that, water deeply when fully dry. Lots and lots of light!
