Dies ist das dritte Jahr in Lauf, in dem meine Tomaten so blass und traurig in den Boden gegangen sind. Ich habe sie am 1. März im Innenraum, unter künstlichem Licht und mit Hitzematten für die kälteren Temperaturen in meinem Keller begonnen. Sie fangen immer so vielversprechend und grün an und drehen sich dann um … was auch immer dieser Schatten von Barf ist.

May benefit from fertilizer. Also did you slowly acclimate them to outdoors?
I would wait until they’re larger to transplant them. Let them get a few sets of true leaves first.
That’s surprisingly small for 2 months. What’s your grow light setup? How far are they away from the light source?
Tomatoes can tend a little purple and purple can also be a sign of cold. They also look like they could use some fish guts.
Looks like you got a late start. Right now your best option is direct sew. Theyll develop a better root system before exploding into hardy plants layer this summer.
Carefull though, partial shade if you go upwards of an 8zone. And check moisture deeper down than normal, your topsoil might dry out but theyll be so deeply rooted they will draw water from downwards of lime 2ft
Most likely either your artificial light is not enough, or there’s a nutritional deficiency, which could be caused by poor quality potting soil or too small of a container.
I have tomatoes at 6wks that are way way bigger than that. I started them in small cells under a small seed starting grow light on warm mats in happy frog soil. At around 4 weeks, they started to look a little bit like this, so I moved them up to 4″ pots under my larger more powerful grow light array and they now look just like the ones at the garden center. with at least 7 true leaves on each one. I’m starting to harden them off and will transplant them out as soon as they’re ready.
what is your soil pH?
Need to practice seeding out. At 6 weeks the plant should be ready to explode. Tomatoes like hot days and cold nights (cold for me is 60). There’s a bunch of YouTube videos on tomato science. Also do u ever check your soil temperature. I live in the subtropics so soil is usually perfect except for summer
