Was mache ich!? Ich kann das nicht auf mein solides Feld setzen. Ich werde fürs Leben Beton haben.

I’d tell them to come back and get it – I hope you haven’t already paid.
no idea how clay and sand interact.. but that does look like the soil I have so it’s definitely sandy. Great for growing sea buckthorn I suppose!
What do they mean “dug it out”? I don’t think they know what manure is…
This looks like a light sandy topsoil to me – definitely not manure at all.
I would recommend mixing a big fistful or two with water in a mason jar and see how it separates – if you Google soil separation test you can get the gist of it.
That is a sandy loam with some clay. Manure is 100% organic matter, and that is definitely not manure.
You can perform a soil texture test. Just need a mason jar, water, and soap. Maybe test a few areas and dig down a bit to get a consistent reading. This will tell you how much sand to organic matter is in the mix. Maybe the contractor will realize their mistake.

Watch for the snakes. That’s dredged sand. Same exact thing happened to me when i ordered topsoil. They gave me black sand. Black cause it’s sludge. And snakes loved it. 40-50 snakes love
Wow, I’m glad I have a truck and can pick the stuff up myself. Cant trust anyone these days.
I’d wait for it to dry out. It looks like mostly sand.
“Well you see, there was a pile of composted manure on the ground. The backhoe guy scooped it up and put it in the truck and maybe scooped a little of the sand from under it too.”
Actual pile of composted manure was 10lb, dump truck was a big 16 cubic yard one.
Yeah ain’t nothing about that manure 😂
As some one who used to live and try to garden on a literal beach dune, that is sandy but does have some organic material in it. You could likely grow the absolute best carrots of your life, but it’s NOT majority compost/manure.
How you proceed depends on what you paid for it. If you paid compost-prices, 100% call and just tell them you tested it, found it to be x amount sand, and are disappointed. From reading your other responses, you’re looking to avoid confrontation. Say your dissatisfaction, and ask them for some sort of solution. If they don’t offer you something decent, ask for some level of a refund/return.
That ain’t manure bub
Some cow sheds use sand as bedding so its possible he just took it from the wrong pile?
Hit it with a taste test. Shit has a very distinct taste.
That looks like what we can buy as “topdress soil” here in Sweden.
“Is this poop?” Proceeds to grab several bare handfuls, squishing it around.
That fill sand with compost.. I made the mistake in the past.. it’s good for lawns.. and that’s about it
This is like when your drug dealer says they have the good shit but it’s 50% baking soda.
Clearly , the people that sold this to you were full of it …
If anything you got perfect soil for carrots!

* It’s not a manure
Taste it. That’ll tip you off.
Yeah, that’s is definitely NOT manure. Manure sticks together. What you have is sand
Sandy loam.
You know times are tough when you order a load of shit and it’s not satisfactory…
I have so many questions. What did you want the manure for? Are you sure you definitely need manure? This is pretty decent quality sandy topsoil great for planting and topdressing lawns. Manure is something you’d tend to use as a mulch or to amend poor soil. It’s definitely not what you asked for but it might be what you need.
Horse Pucky that’s just sandy soil
Not manure, I’ve had horses and even when left to ” cure” it’s never looked like that.
Here I’m expecting you to look through the sand and find a hand flipping us off at the bottom. Nope, just out there squeezing turds.
Stepped on like coke on the Studio 54 dancefloor.
A lot of dairies use sand as bedding in the barns and stalls in place of straw or wood shavings. Some have a way of separating and reusing the sand. This manure may have come from such a facility. They use the straw/wood shavings bedding only in certain areas such as the area where the cows who are close to giving birth or the recently born calfs.
If some dudes cows or animals are shitting that out, I’d tell him to call a vet.
It looks like kinetic sand. I’d be mad as hell if someone left this at my house.
If you happen to be in Sacramento, California, I’ll trade you for actual manure.
Now that you know its sand are you going to get an exchange?
Mostly dirt, i would guess. Manure would hold together better when squeezed.
In my opinion
There is zero worms or bugs
I always got animal shit going on the property in all stages of compost…. always worms bugs etc
It looks like sandy loam. Have you spoken to the company?
Definitely not manure or fertilizer
