Nach dem Winter ist eine ganze Niederlassung tot und hatte eine Form von Pilz. Ich habe das weggeschnitten und der gesamte Zweig war eindeutig tot und sehr leicht.
Die Kofferrinde ist bröckelig und schält sich.
Es hat noch mehr geblättet als in den Vorjahren.
Hat jemand bitte eine Idee?

I’d try and neaten up that cut where you removed the branch, but otherwise it looks fine.
The bark looking like that is normal for an apple of that age. Apple trees can live quite a long time.
As for the mushrooms, they will almost certain have just been growing on the dead wood, and are unlikely to be a variety which will harm the living parts of the tree.
