The white and blue/purple flowers up front are Spanish Bluebells, also called Wood Hyacinth and Spanish Squill. The white bush in the middle and the red bush on the right are Azaleas. The bush on left with dried flowers is a type of Hydrangea.
Pretty sure I see a Japanese Barberry bush in the background. Right at the corner of the home. Considered invasive in most areas. Handle with care, the thorns are pretty wicked.
