The stem is still green so its not all lost. I got my blueberries this year with zero leaves. They lived in the garage for 2+ months before they went outside and leaves sprouted. As long as its over 40 outside and getting direct sun all day its probably alright. New leaves look like theyre starting to sprout near the top.
