It’s probably lack of water. You say the soil is moist, but if it’s newly planted whether or not the soil is moist isn’t really that important. What matters is whether the original compost of the buried rootball is moist. I suspect it probably isn’t, as this is a common problem with newly planted potted plants, especially if they were a bit pot bound before planting.
Give it a good soak. You won’t do it any harm doing that, even if it isn’t actually dry.
Sulphate of iron , or Ammonium sulfate. To soil needs a more acid soil.
