Mine looked like that until a few days ago.

Now I can see a few leaves forming. Hopefully yours will wake up soon
Fuchsia are sneaky, you may not see shoots until May and sometimes these are in unexpected locations!
Give it a bit more time. Fuchsias sometimes don’t shoot until quite late in spring.
look at the base, just under the soil. If you see new shoots coming up, then there is hope!
Just scratch the bark starting at the top, if its just brown underneath that part is dead, work your way down till you hit some green living tissue
One of mine usually looks dead until about May. It always throws me off because the fuschia in the front garden(north facing) always starts sprouting in march or April depending on the weather.
It’s probably fine.
Next year, don’t prune until you see new shoots.
Second picture looks like a tiny green shoot is emerging from the bark so I think it’s still hanging on in there.
We’ve got three and thought the colder winter had finished them. Found little green shoots coming up from the bottom of all three just today.
My two seem to be impossible to kill.
Mine don’t start showing new growth until May usually. Don’t panic yet.
Carefully scratch the branch…it should be green underneath
