Looks like an Ash tree. Probably self seeded.

Ash tree, and given how close it is to your house it needs removing sadly. They are a pain to get rid of if they get much bigger than this so I would move quickly

Dig it out and plant it elsewhere if possible. Looks a beautiful tree
Ash trees produce thousands of ‘helicopter’ seeds every year which are pretty good at dispersing and germinating anywhere, those look to be a year old at least. There’ll be an ash tree near you, have a look around because overwinter there’ll be more seeds that have rooted. I have 2 ash trees near me and every year I must pull up a dozen seedlings, you get good at spotting them.
Defo Ash, we have a couple in our garden. Fast growing!
