Könnte jemand helfen, zu diagnostizieren, was mit meinem Lernbaum falsch ist? Die Blätter sehen sehr braun aus. Neuere im Keller des Baumes sind grün. Sollte ich es zurückschneiden, um neues Wachstum zu fördern? Braucht es Essen? Wasser? Es ist an einer ziemlich schattigen Stelle. Jede Hilfe schätzte! Danke schön!

Last years leaves need pruning then feed it, you can see the new growth. They like to be top dressed with compost and a slow release fertiliser I use osmercote add to the compost and back fill.
Pruning: Prune in spring and summer for shape. Conduct any hard pruning in spring with lighter pruning in summer. An ideal evergreen topiary tree that can be clipped into a wide variety of shapes.
Lack of water because it is in a difficult rain shadow from the wall and the fence. I would give it a good water on every and any dry, windy and or sunny day. When they struggle for water they become vulnerable to mold, wilt, virus and disease. Remove any diseased or dying leaves promptly and bin them. All should recover very well with a monthly liquid feed in the growing season
