Neu in der Propagation und einen Schnitt aus dem Geschäft, in dem ich arbeite, und es fällt mir schwer, es zur Wurzel zu bringen! Was mache ich falsch?
Cut it between the leaves and stick em in moist soil.

Is that whole thing the cutting? It’s way too big with too many leaves.

You can get so many plants out of that. Cut it with 3-4 nodes and ideally 1 or 2 leaves at the top. But don’t throw out any section without leaves. Put these in water with 2 nodes underwater. Put it in a window with bright indirect light and wait about 2 weeks. By then you should have roots that are at least 2″ long and/or have secondary roots. Then put it in a small pot with soil and perlite in a 50-50 mix and water it in really good. For the first 2 weeks, keep the soil moist, but not wet. This will allow the roots to acclimate to soil. Kick back and enjoy the plants you just created.

it’s too big and wont root as is, cut it up into smaller pieces then try to root it and be warned it may still take a few weeks as were only just now entering spring.
