First, monstera can take FOREVEEEEER to root. The leaves seem to be in good shape, so it isn’t dying. I would drop the water level down some and plop a pothos cutting in with it to help speed things up. I see that you have a heartleaf philo in with it? Not sure if you get the same benefit nor how long the philo will take to root. Some of my philos took a few months as well. Don’t change the water unless it gets funky looking or starts to smell. Other than that, you are well on the way. Just be patient, they can take a few months sometimes.

I put mine in a pretty vase and used as a decorative element. It looked so pretty abd dramatic, and after a bit, another leaf came in and it had rooted! So it worked for me. I’ve also tried dipping in rooting hormone powder which also seems to work.

I like adding those leca clay balls for monstera propagation

I did the same but I enriched the water with hydroponic solution for growth and it started rooting within days. I’ve left it in there as an experiment and the jar is filled with roots and its made two new large finestrated leaves. I’m just going to let it live hydroponically for as long as I can
