Little less water, try keeping leaves out of the water only the node needs to be submerged other then that looks good and healthy!
Less water less light
Lower the water line to the aerial root and keep the petiole dry and change the water out every week
Definitely less water, I’ve found opaque glass can make a big difference too.
Thank you, everyone. I lowered the water level to the first node and moved it to an area with less light.
