Hallo. Meine Kindermädchen hatten einige gesundheitliche Probleme und ihr Rasen wurde seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr gepflegt. Ich habe mich freiwillig gemeldet, um es zu beheben, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, wo ich anfangen soll. Es ist "kahl" In einigen Bereichen und ich weiß, dass es im Sommer voller Unkraut war.
Ich hätte gerne alles wieder ins Gras. Ich freue mich, alles zu kaufen, was Sie empfehlen, und natürlich ein Ellbogenfett!
Ich habe Zugang zu einem Rasenmäher, aber noch nichts anderes (noch!). Wie kann ich Gras auf die bekommen? "kahl" Bereiche und das Unkraut entfernen?

Just to say I added some photos to my OP.
Clean, mow, grass seed, cover with something for better success as birds will eat some, or just use more than you need (which is what I do when overseeding the lawns).
If you have funds, consider buying some bulk topsoil or compost to put down before the seeds, but this isn’t necessary.
Look for an upcoming rainy week wherever you are and sow the seeds then.
I’ve been trying to recover mine and one thing to watch for is larger weeds. Some shade the grass and kill it so you’ll get more bald patches. Try and nip them out when they’re small. It’s personal preference which ones you keep, lots of wild “weeds” look great in a casual lawn and are good for insects.
There is more than one lawncare sub on here that can get you into insane levels of detail.
It may look rough but this isn’t the worst you’ll see at this point in the winter.
You don’t seem to have much moss so the drainage is probably just about ok, and the soil looks like it has organic matter in it, but I do wonder if the light levels are a bit low as it’s pretty patchy. That will improve in summer anyway.
The simple things to do are:
Rake it – preferably with a law rake – to move leaf debris and moss.
Mow it. Not super short.
Top dress and overseed. Get some sandy loam, maybe mix in some fine compost. Put it on, rake it to ~1cm thick, rake in a good quality grass seed. Keeping it moist and keeping off it until it’s established is key.
Let it all get a bit long again then mow.
