Let it dry and callous a bit and stick it directly in dirt… I’ve never been able to propagate them in water

Don’t give up. I got a non rooted cutting and it took a couple weeks to root in my fish tank. Give it time.

had one like this. took it out of the water and let it dry for about a day or two. put it back in water and a month or so later the nodes started activating.

Don’t give up! I had a philodendron like this so I just gave it a fresh cut, let it callous for like a day then I put it in a jar of water (I use a filter for my water unless I have rainwater collected but if you just have tap I’d suggest just buying a gallon of distilled water to use for your plants, unless you live somewhere nice where tap doesn’t suck lol) and let it sit in a well lit spot and now it has tons of roots and is ready to be potted again. Best of luck!
