On google it keeps referring to pachyphytum oviferum but it looks like a ghost plant

Looks like ghost. But ghost is thicker leaves.

I would bet on some kind of pachyphytum

It could be a sedum treleasei but you would know more once it flowers. Treleasei have small clusters of yellow flowers with triangular sharply pointed petals. This was the closest thing I could find.

It’s definitely a graptopetalum hybrid of some kind. Look like maybe Graptosedum ‘Blue Giant’ to me

Burros tail, just lotst of recently planted cuttings. There are even more burros tail plants in the background.
