    1. Take out the yellow one ASAP otherwise it’ll kill the others too. Could be the minerals in the water? I use distilled water for my bamboo and just fill once the water level gets too low.

      Plants need more than just water. When they don’t get what they need, they die.

      Its rotted with fungus growing on it. Remove asap. Remove the other bamboo and rinse off any slime and infected water from them. Clean the container thoroughly. Refill with fresh water. Provide bright light.

    4. The yellow one is dead.

      As a sidenote, “lucky bamboo” is Sander’s dracaena, not an actual bamboo – important if you have pets etc.
