  1. That’s awesome. I did an experiment with mine… I put a couple in water and a couple in damp
sphagnum moss. After a week I had no roots in water and the ones in the sphagnum moss had roots over an inch long! Happy propagating.

  2. Just took apart a funeral basket. Money tree and purple passion.

Potted money tree and put all the stems of purple passion in my fish tank lol. Propped up in the corner w a piece of cardboard. Hoping they take off!

You can throw them in with cuttings from other species to have their hormones give them a boost

I never even root these guys, just stick them right into the soil and let them go!

you can just cut out the middle man and stick your freshly snipped cuttings directly back into the soil and they’ll root within days. works every time for me

My tradescantia story is similar. I put a piece in sphagnum moss and I almost couldnt removevit without breaking roots. Then i planted it in soil with a pothos. It took well. I accidentally broke another one and just put it directly in the soil. Today, all of the tradescantia and the pothos are both booming to life, creating and unfurling new leaves. No legginess between them and im looking forward to their growth and spread. These propogate so easily.

  8. Why are these things so invincible – mine is way more resilient than any other plants
