Rotted and gone
If there are any nodes on the green part or any aerial roots, chop and prop is your best bet. Them roots are gone.
I think you have a little bit of green in your rot
Next time, try to be careful with the stems. In these pictures there are a few places where the stem is crushed but has then been wrapped around a support etc. Remember that plants transport water and food through vessels in these stems, they’re not just mechanical support structures. So if the stem is damaged (eg snapped, rotted, crushed) even at a single point, the plant more than likely won’t be able to move water and food past that point again (only if there’s a bit that wasn’t damaged) and anything further up that stem won’t survive without intervention – eg taking cuttings from further up.
