Was mache ich falsch?

Looks fine to me!
They seem fine and healthy to me. They’ll be ready to transplant soon!
Nah. Roots turn brown as they age. As long as they’re not mushy or stinky, they’re fine.
Pothos roots always stress me out but those look normal!
These are good! I hung mine and she attached herself to the wall and started growing up it, she’s gorgeous. Good luck!

If they aren’t squishy then no rot. But it’s pothos- you could have planted them a month ago probably. They’ll take off if you pot them now. I don’t know that you will get “roots off of roots” with pothos because it’s a crawler. It sort of makes “short feet” type roots. Maybe this would be different in a humid place like Florida where they get massive. But as a houseplant those are just waiting on soil so they can flourish. They need soil to make new nodes and leaves with new root feet. Although I have seen a lot of people keeping them in water- sometimes for a long time. They will grow this way but from a single node it would probably take a while.
