Ich suche hier bitte ein paar Pflanzvorschläge für die Rasenfläche. Ich möchte so viel wie möglich vom Zaun verbergen, aber nicht zu viel Schatten erzeugen
Ich habe auch vor, ein paar neue Beete zu graben, bin mir aber nicht sicher, wo und welche Beetpflanzen ich hineinpflanzen soll, da ich noch recht neu in der Gartenarbeit bin. Ich möchte, dass sie ziemlich robust sind, da ich befürchte, dass die Schnecken alles Schwache dezimieren

Get yourself a staple gun and mesh trellis or something similar and go for star jasmine. It’s evergreen and will completely cover the fence in no time. Doing this also avoids any bushy plants/hedges, so more usable space in the garden 🙂
Break up the narrowness by putting in some small borders or shrubs that jut in from the sides, in a kind of wide zig-zag. It creates a kind of visual illusion, like the wing scenery in a theatre.
Climbers and trellis would be my first investment to get the fence covered
I’ll shout for Clematis “wisley cream” …. Grows like second to none, with a dense covering, won’t lose depth to the garden/ produce shade, spring flowering, among the first for leaves and keeps them until end of Nov practically, no critical pruning requirements …. Can companion plant with other climbers/anything pretty much… Will cover the fence completely in no time.
Downsides: makes some mess when dropping seed/leaves and bare fence again Dec-March
