Lol.

I’m not trying to discourage you but those might not take root but if you get seeds I will walk you through what to do
I don’t think that’s going to work
genuinely both hilarious anyone would think this has a chance to work and humbling, reminding me of incredible dumb plant related questions ive asked in the past
cilantro isn’t a plant that people typically propagate for many reasons
how about you start from the basics. try growing cilantro from seed

Those don’t appear to have any nodes. A plant like this can’t root without a node.
Drain that water and put that on your taco! 😂
Don’t confuse leaf stems(petioles), like you appear to have, with the stems that start as the plant grows up to flower. The plant’s stems support the leaf petioles which come off the main stem. The plant’s main stem has what’s called meristematic tissue, which is a fancy name for dividing cells which can become either root or stem cells. Since cilantro is best eaten young, often all you get in a bunch are leaf petioles with leaves at the tips. If you happen upon a plant stem in a bunch, those are what will have the necessary meristematic cells at the nodes where leaf petioles (stems) come off, & are where stems can produce roots in water. Hope that explains a bit better!
Please get a book on basic plant propagation and read it.
if you want to start with easy food scraps, try mint stems or green onions in water
Shouldn’t one side of the stems point out of the water?
And not sure about cilantro, but most plants need at least a node on the stem in order to root.
