You could have at least 12 new plants if you use one leaf with one node, propagate only one long vine, in my experience, takes more time and probably the prop will die because it try to mantein the leaves alive and don´t make new roots, and eventually it drys itself. In this escenario you only have one but if cut it in nodes even if half of them dies you´ll have 6 new plants.

I just bought one of these plants, can’t wait till it it looks as long at yours.
