Da es in meiner Küche zu Zugluft kommt, habe ich einen Teil der Terrassendiele außerhalb der Küchenwand entfernt, nur um dieses Schneckenbüschel zu entdecken. Ich gehe davon aus, dass sie über den Winter zusammengedrängt sind, aber ist das nur eine relativ trockene Stelle, auf die ich zufällig gestoßen bin, oder kann das ein Zeichen dafür sein, dass von hier aus die Zugluft bis in die Küche reicht?

I’m going to respond to this as a gardener; yes, those are snails cuddling up to overwinter.
Get a builder out to find the source of the draft. Maybe kindly move the snails to save them the treatment of a builder.
Add some garlic in there, either powdered or from a spray.
Feed the birds, they need all the food they can get in this weather
