Check for scale, if you’re wanting to be extra cautious, but it looks like just greenhouse schmutz to me.

Wipe it off and see? The last pic though. What’s the few white dots?
All I see is a dirty plant. No signs of pests.
It’s just dirt is all, yellow leaves is normal it just taking nutrients from old leaves, if you want to prevent this please use special houseplant nutrient drops in your watering schedule:)
