Like snake?
Snails or slugs feeding on the algae on the outside of the window.
Looks like the radula of a mollusc
animals like otters and weasles make similar patterns but theres no foot pad marks on these.
Looks more like wasps collecting nest material no snail trails lol

I dont know but looks like it came in at the top and went down, then clockwise. It also looks like the path gets wider as it goes. Its growing and its coming for you next. Get out while you can. .
