Why are you cutting? What is your goal?!
I wouldn’t propagate so close to the base of the plant.
Why to cut??? This is so small!!!
It’s fine to cut at either spot. Young cuttings root so fast.
Why do you want to cut it?
If propagation is the goal, you could cut at all of those, and get several single leaf nodes to propagate from.
