    1. Bet they all succeed. I never had them fail. I even go against the rule of letting them callus first, I always just immediately cut and pot.

      They will grow again, but it will not be from the ends. They will likely branch off or grow pups. The problem with the pieces that are cut at both ends is that they only grow in one direction, and unless you know which end was closer to the soil, you may end up planting the wrong end. For those, it will probably be better to lay them flat on the soil and let them root that way. The pieces will not grow anymore, but they will grow pups. At least that’s my experience.
