What’s the story behind the withered one?
I mean how was it looking earlier this year and what happened to it over time? When did the leaves fall?
Just to add, how often have you fertilised, was it with ericaceous fertiliser and have you ever used tap water for watering?

I have a Flamingo blueberry that looks like that.
I don’t know what my bushes problem is. It’s never been very well looking but it IS still alive, the green bits have buds and there’s still bend in it.
Yours looks so similar, there’s definitely life there but it might just be a slightly weedy specimen that will need a bit more babying – mulch it, protect from frost, be a bit more proactive with inspecting for damage etc

One of my blueberry plants have withered away the same way this year, but I believe it was due to underwatering during our spell of hot dry summer.
I’ve had 2 other blueberry plants died after I overfertilise a couple years back as well (the leaves start to ‘burn’ and turn yellow, before dropping all its leaves).
