Kann mir bitte jemand sagen, welche Art von Bäumen unser Nachbar in seinem Vorgarten gepflanzt hat? Es gibt ziemlich viele davon und sie werden ziemlich groß, daher machen wir uns Sorgen, dass sie möglicherweise die Fundamente unseres Hauses beschädigen könnten, da wir mit den betreffenden Nachbarn ein Doppelhaus haben. Der Boden direkt unter unserem vorderen Fenster im Erdgeschoss ist seit der Pflanzung der Bäume auch immer mehr abgesunken.
Das erste Bild, das ich angehängt habe, ist eine Vogelperspektive ihres Gartens, um einen besseren Eindruck davon zu vermitteln, wie viele Pflanzen gepflanzt wurden.

Looks like the classic, cypress leylandii. Shouldn’t damage your house, I don’t think, as long as they’re not allowed to get too big.
Your soil type is the most important thing. If you have sandy soils then trees pose little concern to your house.
If you’re on clay they can cause more problems.

These trees go to about 20ft the roots are growing underneath also will effect the structure and building structure will have a huge impact. With subsidence.

Yeah they grow massive, if not trimmed. Just had to cut 8 of them down
