Edit: My previous response referring to running a lottery, but I can see there’s a “free entry” option, which makes this a “free draw with a paid entry route” rather than a lottery. I would argue it doesn’t meet the criteria of a free draw with a paid entry route, and is likely to be considered a lottery. If this was the case, the company doesn’t have an entry on the register with the Gambling Commission and so would be considered to be running an unlicensed (illegal) lottery.
