Ist vor etwa zwei Jahren aufgetaucht und wird immer schlimmer. Ich vermute, es sind Blattläuse? Wie kann ich das Problem lösen, da es sich um einen großen Busch handelt und Insektenspray ihn nicht berührt hat, aber sie fangen an, ihn abzutöten, da der Großteil davon vertrocknet ist und Blätter abgefallen sind?

I thought you wanted to know the bush! That’s Euonymus btw. Try soapy water on the bugs, it might work.

Do not use bug spray of any kind. We are living through an environmental catastrophe in terms of insect populations. It is staggering that this still needs to be said.
You’re allowed to wipe out insect infestations.
Offer to post the critters in an envelope to the next person who has something to say about pests.
A Neem oil spray will do it. And so will;
Isopropyl on some cotton wool
Alcohol wipes for cuts and crazes will deal with them too.
3% hydrogen peroxide.
Knotweed
Whatever you do use I would ask you be targeted, maybe just trying to brush off with your hands.
In your picture, middle left, a black bug on the leaf. Thats a ladybird larvae who will be eating the bad guys.
