Sollte ich diese Pilze, die in meinem gemischten Grünbeet wachsen, entfernen? Die Beete nach draußen stellen? Ich habe online gelesen, dass sie sich positiv auf die Nährstoffe im Boden auswirken, aber werden sie dann Sporen in meiner ganzen Wohnung verteilen?

Iff it were me, I’d definitely consider removing those mushrooms. they can be great for soil health, they might not be the best roomies for your indoor garden. Plus, no one wants spores spreading around their apartment.
You already have spores all over your apartment. We all breathe in on average between 10-100 spores with every breath, those tiny mshrooms are not going to make much difference
Go for it, the mushroom you remove is just the fruiting body, most of the mushroom lives underground as mycelium.
