It can be saved. I have this plant and I’m pretty sure it could still regrow even after nuclear war. Just prop it in water in a sunny spot

  2. When this happens with mine at home I literally just bury it slightly in soil and within a week it’s showing new growth. Easy peasy 🤙

I prop these all the time and they are so easy to get to root! I find water propagation is the best way to

  4. YES these ones are very resilient. I have several props going from a vicious cat attack

Absolutely. Easily too. Chop wherever and stick in water. This one will grow roots from anywhere. You don’t have to worry about nodes with these plants.

  6. Don’t be upset! Tradescantias can get quite leggy and this is bound to happen eventually, this is how you get more so you should be happy really, let those puppies grow 🙂

I have a whole patch of these in my yard. When they start to climb or get too lanky I trim them and haphazardly throw the trimmings back on the ground wherever I see a thin spot. I don’t trim them or plant them, just toss them on the ground and they root. I think you’ll be fine.

It’s an inchplant. It can always be propped. I’m pretty sure you’d have to plant one of these in the barrel of a flamethrower to fully kill it. Godspeed 🫡👍
