The one on the left looks good to pic but can’t see the backside. The others may not ripen well after being picked. What variety of scotch bonnets? I love me some habanero, my favorite pepper!!

Those look like scotch bonnet
peppers. The red one is ready. The yellow & green will not be as hot…if you leave it, it will eventually turn red. They freeze very well. You must use gloves.
